Highlights for the week:

  • View the BMS Public Calendar for this weeks events!
  • Tip: Use ctrl+F and enter the date (like 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc.) to jump quickly to the Blog entry for today!
  • Some notes for Parents/Guardians who view this Blog:
    • Everything we do in this class is listed on this Blog (so students who are absent can easily find what they’ve missed and even complete it while they are absent!)
    • Nearly every assignment can be completed at home or anywhere with an internet connection
    • Friday’s are makeup days so students who have trouble completing assignments have this extra time every week to get caught up!
    • You can see examples of every project we do at this Public Examples Folder Link

It will also give each of us a digital resource kit for the future. This should be a fun, easy project as long as you keep up with it and don’t try to create it at the last minute! You may choose either Prezi (http://prezi.com) or Google Slides to use with your final project
      • Each day of our last remaining work days in this class we will add 1 or 2 slides (or frames) to the project. Each slide or frame should contain the following 5 things:
        1. The name of the program
        2. A link to the program
        3. An example of something new which you will make with the program, or a picture related to it (if it’s a new program)
        4. Your personal rating of the program (1 to 5 stars)
        5. Some sort of positive comment about it (what you liked or what might make it better for you)
